AMSL Group can produce commercial and residential BER results in two formats - primary energy use per m2 and associated Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions.
Since January 2009, anyone who is selling or renting a home must provide a BER or Building Energy Rating certificate to comply with current legislation. From these results an energy rating is calculated on a property and it is assigned a category between A1 and G, with A1 being most efficient and G being the least. |
